  1. Select Special Edition, collect it in the shopping cart and correct it.

In our online store you can select the Special Edition offered by us and place them in a virtual shopping cart via the button "Add to cart" without obligation, which you can view at any time via the link with the shopping cart icon. You can remove the Special Edition in the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the field "remove". In cases without order quantity restrictions, you may change the quantity at this place. 

  1. Input your data / registration

Via the button "checkout" you will get to the input of your data. After completing the entry of your data or registration, you can enter or check your shipping and billing address and select your preferred payment method.

We offer you the possibility to pay by Paypal or credit card. You make your choice by clicking on the selection box in front of the respective payment method.

The page is at the same time an overview of the items you put in the shopping cart and the costs you incur, delivery address and payment method. Please check that all the information is correct. By clicking the button "Order subject to payment" you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart at this time and send your order to us.

  1. Order confirmation

For your information, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, which lists your order once again; this e-mail does not yet represent an acceptance of your offer, but serves exclusively to inform you that we have received your order.

  1. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of our goods in our online store does not constitute a binding offer on our part. With your order you make a binding offer to us. When a contract is concluded between you and us depends on the payment method you choose: 

If you choose the payment option "PayPal", a contract is concluded between you and us when you have completed the payment process at PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.

 If you choose the payment option "credit card", a contract is concluded between you and us when you have completed the payment process with the respective payment service provider.

  1. Payment methods

When ordering from our online store, we offer you the following ways to pay for your goods:

a. Payment by credit card

If you have selected the "credit card" variant during the ordering process, enter your credit card data in the corresponding input mask. The payment will then be executed via your payment service provider.

b. Payment via PayPal

If you have selected the "PayPal" variant during the ordering process, you will be taken to the PayPal page immediately after completing the order. Please log in there and follow the instructions from PayPal.

  1. Storage of the contract text

We save the text of the contract and send you the contract documents by e-mail.

  1. Legal liability for defects

 All Special Editions that you can order in our online store are subject to the statutory rights of liability for defects, unless otherwise stipulated in § 3 of our GTC.

The contract language is German and English.

  1. Complaints/online dispute resolution

If you have cause for complaint, you can enter your complaint on the Online Dispute Resolution website provided by the European Commission. Your complaint will then be forwarded to us. To do so, please access the following link and follow the instructions there:
