Shipping costs are only incurred if you are successful in the Raffle and purchase the Message Wagon. There are no shipping costs for requesting the “option to purchase”.

Shipping

Delivery within Germany is carried out from our central warehouse by one of our logistics partners DHL or DPD. Delivery to packing stations is not possible.

International delivery is carried out by one of our logistics partners DHL or DPD. Delivery to packing stations is not possible. For technical reasons, it is necessary for deliveries from the online store that the billing and delivery country are identical.

Shipping costs

• 9,90 € for shipments within Germany
• 14,90 € for shipments within the EU, Switzerland, Norway
• 49,90 € for shipments to the U.S.A.

Shipping costs international

• 49,90 € for shipments of a wagon in Gauge H0
• 69,90 € for shipments of a wagon in Gauge 1

Returns / withdrawal

In the event of a withdrawal after receipt of the goods, the shipping costs will not be refunded

• is at your own expense
